Rex Burgener
Rex assumed leadership of our Land team in March 2021, building on fourteen years of land transactions experience with our company and a distinguished 40-year career in agricultural land investment. Since joining AgReserves in 2007, Rex has successfully directed and managed land transactions, both acquisitions and dispositions. Before his time here, Rex was an agricultural real estate broker for NAI Utah Real Estate, handling business in both Utah and Idaho. He also worked as a loan officer for Zions Bank and as the Agriculture Department Manager for Key Bank. Early in his career, Rex held several positions with the Utah office of the Farm Credit System, including loan officer/appraiser, branch manager, and acquired property manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Brigham Young University.
