Reuben Rischall

Reuben Rischall works with entertainment, hospitality and retail clients on a local, regional and national basis to service their commercial real estate needs. Reuben is currently responsible for the expansion efforts of Kids Empire and Hapik in 13 states. Throughout his real estate career, Reuben has partnered with both established and start-up tenants and buyers to drive their site selection, leasing, development, and sales process. He has represented TJX Companies, Office Depot, Dollar General, Cricket Wireless, Colectivo Coffee, Kids Empire, Furious Spoon Ramen Shop, Bombay Wraps, Bonchon, Epic Kitchens and Fridge No More. In addition, Reuben has worked with high-profile landlords and developers by marketing, negotiating, and executing their leasing and sales needs. Mr. Rischall is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a degree in Finance and Investment Banking, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He was most recently awarded as a Top Retail Leasing Power Broker by CoStar in 2020.
