Renae serves as Executive Vice President for Amerimar Management, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based Real Estate Firm, with direct responsibility for Indianapolis operations, including oversight of a Third Party Property Management Firm, and Amerimar Business Centers, a full service executive business center located in downtown Indianapolis. She has direct responsibility for managing Amerimar’s Indianapolis holdings, currently approximately 400,000 square feet. Specific duties include oversight of all facility operations including property management, tenant relations, leasing, construction, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting. Renae has served the Indianapolis Commercial Real Estate Industry for 30 years. Renae’s primary focus at Amerimar is to maintain the high quality level of service expected by Amerimar’s clients, maintain the buildings at a level superior to the competition, while also generating income for the property owners. She is a graduate of Ball State University with a B. S. in Management Sciences. Renae is also a licensed Indiana Principal Real Estate Broker, and is currently a candidate for the RPA, (Real Property Administrator), designation from BOMI, The Building Owner’s and Manager’s Institute. She is an active member of BOMA, Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association, currently serving on the Advisory Council, and was selected BOMA’s Active Member of the Year 2001. Renae is also an active member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Renae is currently serves as a member of the Skyline Club Board of Governors, and actively participates on the Indianapolis Downtown, Inc. Beautification Committee. In recent years, she has served as a Director on the Board of Second Helpings, a local non-profit food rescue organization, as well as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior responsibilities at Second Helpings have included chairing their largest annual fund-raiser, Harvest, raising over $65,000, and serving as the Development Committee Chair for one year. Previously, she has served on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors, and chaired their largest annual fundraiser, the Exchange City LeMans, raising in excess of $130,000 annually for Junior Achievement. Outside the office, Renae focuses on spending time with her two children, Tayra, 20, and Drew, 21, and their puppy Cock-A-Poo, Copper, as well as sports, cycling, gourmet cooking, wine tasting, and travel.
