Reid Mason

As Executive Vice President of Real Estate for Sullivan Wickley, Mr. Mason oversees the Company’s relationships with all key national tenant accounts. Prior to joining the Company, Reid worked as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Development at Perlis Nease Development, where he managed all aspects of retail development and leasing initiatives for large retail shopping center development projects across the Southeast. Previously, Reid was Director of Retail Leasing at Franklin Street Real Estate, where he oversaw a multi-state landlord services team and over 3 million square feet of retail space. Reid began his career at the Malon D. Mimms Company, leasing a 25-property shopping center portfolio totaling over 2.5 million square feet. His client-centric approach, passion for success, and high level of personal and professional integrity have earned him industry-wide recognition as one of the top producers in the market. With thirteen years of landlord leasing experience, Reid leverages his vast network of industry contacts and local market expertise on big box and national account tenants to add value for the company, its investors, and clients. Reid earned a Bachelor of Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama.
