Reid Gilbreath
Based in Austin, Reid Gilbreath is a retail broker that specializes in sourcing urban/infill redevelopment sites, acquisitions, and building sales in the private client market. He works closely with investors and developers to place them in the right deal and maintains strong relationships with property owners at the local level. Prior to joining JLL, Reid spent five years with Asterra Properties where he focused on sourcing infill building sales and acquisitions. Outside of JLL, Reid co-owns two office buildings in central Austin and is an investor in numerous commercial properties in the Austin MSA.
