Reese Velton

Reese joined JSH Properties in 2019 to head up research for select investment sales and leasing projects. His contributions lead him to transition to a brokerage role in 2020 where he specializes in investment sales and acquisitions along with landlord representation in retail and office leasing throughout Bellevue and Redmond. Reese most recently represented DevCo in their successful purchase of the Brea site in Shoreline for a 384-unit senior living project. Reese is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP National Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He graduated from Western Washington University in 2020 with a B.A in Financial Economics and a minor in Accounting.
