As the Senior Director of Leasing and Marketing, Becka helps facilitate the Bay Area Portfolio efforts at multiple iconic GENESIS projects. The dexterity of her negotiation skills supports Phase 3's goals and sustains the sophistication of the GENESIS brand while providing our tenants with Class A services. Her robust background in marketing allows for strong implementation in optimizing, maintaining, and monitoring the marketing efforts with the repurposed vision of GENESIS to the Life Science community. In addition, she facilitates the management across the projects while being the main liaison to ensure productivity, leasing operations, implementing policies and standards. She holds her California Real Estate License, sits on the Board of Directors of the NAIOP SFBA Chapter and is the Chair for the Marketing and Communications Committee of the NAIOP SFBA Chapter.
