Rebecca Murphy

Rebecca Murphy is Investor Relations and Operations Manager at Eastern’s offices in Santa Barbara, California. She is an integral member of the team cultivating hospitality and business operations on the west coast. She also handles a wide range of activities related to the successful implementation of the Company’s real estate and business investments throughout the United States. In addition to being point person for investor communications, her responsibilities include commercial and residential real estate sales, leasing, development, construction, and operations management. Rebecca began working with Eastern’s founders in 1995 and has held multiple roles during the formation and evolution of the company. Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Harvard Extension School and her Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University. Rebecca is also a Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Rebecca resides in Santa Barbara, where she raised her four children. She enjoys cycling, running, hiking and golf and serves on several Santa Barbara-based philanthropic boards including National Charity League, Royal Pride Foundation, Alpha Resource Center - Culinary Arts Program and Santa Barbara Soccer Club. Rebecca is also a member of the Sacred Heart University’s President Council.
