Read Auerbach

For the past 18 years working in real estate, Read has been aggressive in identifying opportunities and acting upon them resulting in real estate deals in both retail / office leasing and investment sales, which to date have an aggregate sale value exceeding $15,000,000. He joined The Southpoint Group, LLC with over 40 years of experience in the construction business as owner of his carpentry company, and management of Auerbach Properties. Living in Norwalk for the past 70 years he has obtained exclusive knowledge of the Fairfield County market. Read retired after 44 years with the Norwalk Fire Department, at the rank of Captain. He is a member of The Shore and Country Club, The South Norwalk Boat Club, The Norwalk Catholic Club and St Ann Club in Norwalk.Having served on the East Norwalk Improvement Association Board, Former Board Member of The Shore and Country Club and currently is an Ambassador for The Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, Former Board of Director in The Marvin Beach Association, and is on The Norwalk Republican Town Committee, East Norwalk Third Taxing Districe Treasuer, he continues to be involved in the community. Read and his family enjoy boating and reside in East Norwalk, CT.
