go by Raz, I'm a commercial real estate advisor focused on development, commercial, greenhouse, off market opportunities, and complex deal structuring across Windsor Essex. I’ve transacted over $50M+ (2025) across land, retail, greenhouse, and investment assets, working closely with developers, investors, and operators to source opportunities, structure deals, and execute with precision. From assembling sites to navigating leases with national tenants, my focus is always on creating alignment and getting deals across the finish line. I serve as a Director on the Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors Board, member of City of Windsor Committee of adjustments and was honoured as my brokerage’s 2024 & 2025 Realtor of the Year. Through Real Fi Group, we bridge the gap between real estate and financing, helping clients move from concept to completion with the right strategy, partners, and capital in place. While my primary focus is commercial, greenhouse and development, I continue to work with select clients on residential acquisitions and sales, applying the same level of care and execution. Former NCAA athlete and tennis professional, bringing a competitive and disciplined mindset to every deal. My approach is simple. Real estate is built on relationships.
