Currently Ray Townsend is Senior Vice President at Colliers International Vancouver. Ray specializes in commercial property acquisition, disposition, evaluation, and consultation. In addition to the acquisition and disposition of several thousand apartment units, Ray has worked closely with developers purchasing key residential locations throughout Edmonton, Northern Alberta and Northeastern B.C. Ray, with his colleagues, has facilitated the sale of over $2 Billion worth of residential real estate. Ray has 39 years of commercial real estate experience throughout Western Canada and the U.S. His curriculum vitae includes positions as Vice President of Development for: a Winnipeg based real estate development company; and, a Vancouver-based pension fund advisor.
