Ray Rosado

Ray Rosado began his career in 1993 as a real estate development analyst working for a New York City developer on retail and affordable housing projects. After, he spent 12 years working for various well-known Fortune 500 companies including Level 3 Communications, AT&T and US West and Qwest. Ray also was Founder and President of CRK Media, a New Jersey based multi-media development firm creating E-Learning solutions and virtual universities. Ray’s current primary focus is retail and land sales, which includes negotiating leases and acquisitions, subleases, relocations, site selection and tenant representation. Ray holds two Masters Degrees: one in Real Estate from the University of Denver which helps him provide expert real estate advice in the areas of; market analysis, demographic analysis, site evaluation and selection analysis, lease versus purchase analysis and investment analysis.
