Rawley Nielsen

Rawley Nielsen is managing director of Multifamily Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Salt Lake City office. He co-leads a team responsible for multifamily advisory client coverage throughout Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Rawley has 21 years of commercial real estate experience, the majority of which has been representing private capital and institutional clients in multifamily investment sales. Throughout his career, he has completed over $3 billion of capital markets transactions in the Salt Lake City metropolitan region and the Western United States. Rawley joined Northmarq in 2024, after serving as the president of investment sales for eight years at Colliers International in Salt Lake City. In this capacity, he led one of the top-producing investment sales teams at Colliers, consistently completing the majority of brokered apartment transactions in Utah over the last five years. Rawley is a graduate of the accounting program at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. He is actively involved in ULI, CCIM and NAIOP, and resides in Holladay, Utah, with his wife and their three children.
