Raul Cabrera

Raul Cabrera is the broker of record for the Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC) brokerage. He is responsible for managing all property sales and purchases for New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC). Raul works closely with staff, a team of real estate agents, and community members to help reseed communities, while helping families achieve homeownership. Raul learned about NJCC in 2017 when he was looking to purchase his own home. As a first-time homebuyer, Raul qualified for a down payment grant that made homeownership possible for him and his family. This opportunity was transformative and inspired Raul to begin working as a CAPC brokerage agent the following year. In May of 2022, Raul was named the broker of record. He is honored to help first-time home buyers become homeowners. In 2011, Raul graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree.
