Ransom Butler
Ransom is part of the commercial real estate team at NAI Martens, where he focuses on investment sales with an emphasis on RV parks and mobile home communities. Ransom earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Wichita State University, building a strong foundation in valuation, cash-flow analysis, and real estate investment fundamentals. Before entering commercial real estate, he gained experience at Koch Energy Services, working alongside natural gas trading and scheduling teams across the United States and Canada. In that role, he was exposed to large-scale commodity markets, logistics coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment. In addition to his professional work, Ransom is a member of the Wichita State Cheer Team, where he was part of the group that captured the program’s first ever national championship title.
