Rania Zadeh

Rania Zadeh is the Marketing & Research Coordinator at Floorspace, where she drives property marketing and supports the team with targeted research and insights. She works closely with brokers to bring listings to market with thoughtful, eye-catching campaigns and ensures they’re backed by solid data. Rania started her career in property management at Reliance Properties, giving her a strong foundation in how buildings operate and what matters to both landlords and tenants. She’s since held roles at Avison Young and Vela Retail Advisors, supporting everything from valuations and investment research to national retail rollouts. With experience across multiple sides of the industry, Rania brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. She’s passionate about elevating our marketing approach and helping clients make smart real estate decisions. Outside of work, Rania enjoys discovering new restaurants around Vancouver and taking in the city’s many events.
