Ranga Pathak has been in commercial real estate for over two decades. She has been involved in the sale and leasing of several million dollars’ worth commercial real estate. Landlords and owners of large and small buildings have placed their faith in Ranga, to lease or sell their properties. Additionally, she has helped many businesses in the area relocate, locate, consolidate or expand their operations. Ranga has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and she is able to use her expertise to value property accurately and aggressively market them, thereby obtaining favorable results. When working with tenants, she has the ability to clearly understand their needs and offer them properties that best suit their requirements. Ranga has a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Bombay, India. Ranga is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She consistently places in the RE/MAX Top 100 Individual Agents Worldwide and in the Platinum Club. She is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
