Rane Pearson

Rane Pearson founded RPRE with the goal of creating a brokerage that is focused on his clients’ goals through the acquisition and disposition of land – whether it be for a Publicly-Traded Company or a New Investor looking to grow their personal portfolio. Rane graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013 with a Bachelors in Accounting. He pursued that industry by working as an accountant and corporation taxes for the next 4 years. When he relocated to the DFW area in 2017, he took a position with a Private Home Builder as their Assistant Controller to Land Acquisitions. When the company was acquired by a larger Private Home Builder, Rane took that opportunity to branch out and explore the Land Acquisition side of the industry with his real estate license. He is currently a partner in a large commercial mixed-use development in Southern California where he is still the active CFO. Rane is married to wife, Haeli. They enjoy traveling together, spending time bay & deep-sea fishing and enjoying their 3 dogs.
