As EVP within Colliers’ Dallas-Fort Worth office, Randy provides industrial brokerage services to his established book of institutional grade clients within the local industrial market. Over his 41-year career in the industry, he has completed over 800 industrial lease transactions covering millions of square feet. Randy has specialized in representing industrial landlords his entire career providing his clients with expertise in leasing space and enhancing the value of their assets. Randy has also been involved with significant new developments across the market, from sourcing land, to selecting developers, to securing debt for those high profile projects. Randy has held lead leasing and development roles within industrial divisions across multiple companies over his tenured career. From Hunt Properties and Mile High Properties in his early years, to First Industrial Realty Trust, Prologis, and Duke Realty Corporation through 2020. Most recently Randy served as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield before joining Colliers.
