Randy White

For more than twenty-seven years, Randy has represented tenants in the Louisiana and Mississippi marketplaces. These include Capital One Bank, Regions Bank, IBM, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (formerly Morgan Stanley Smith Barney), New York Life Insurance Company, Taylor Energy Company LLC, Aon plc, AXA, New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau, Entercom (WWL Radio), Tribune Broadcasting (WGNO-TV), Northrop Grumman, ITT Inc., DirectTV, Intermarine Inc., and People’s Health Network. He has been involved with more than 1,000 lease transactions representing 5,000,000 square feet (sf). Randy entered the commercial real estate business in 1988. For the first five years, he represented landlords with clients such as Travelers Insurance, Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company, New York Life Insurance Company, Prudential Financial, and Equity Office Properties. He oversaw tenant retention, developed and implemented leasing and marketing plans, and achieved a rate of 95 percent leased properties for the ownership. Randy is a native of St. Louis and graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. Prior to commercial real estate, he was a marketing representative for Anheuser Busch, Inc.
