Randy Schoch
Randall Schoch is a valuable member of the Investment Team at Western Retail Advisors, specializing in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout the United States. Randall has an acute understanding of all aspects of the retail market, as well as a strong pulse on market and pricing conditions. He has a passion for the needs and goals of his clients, combing through every detail to ensure the utmost attention is applied to each opportunity. Academically, Randall has a bachelor’s degree from The Eller College of Management at Arizona, where he studied Economics and Finance with a minor in American War History, a master’s degree from The Marshall School of Business at USC where he studied Business specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and a certificate of completion from Wharton’s Financial Accounting Program. Outside of the office, Randall enjoys spending time off-roading, camping, and is an avid skier. Randall has also spent time volunteering at local children’s hospitals, including Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
