Randy J. Kotwica has established himself as a leader with a proven track record in completed sales and lease transactions as he manages a diverse portfolio of company listings throughout the Chicagoland area, while continually working on buyer and tenant representation opportunities. He brings an extensive architectural background to commercial brokerage with his previous career in design/build architecture encompassing everything from designing “from the ground up” shell buildings to interior space planning and construction drawings for the prospective tenants/owners. His architectural background includes design for professional offices, retail spaces, medical offices, industrial office/warehouses, educational facilities, call centers, and corporate headquarters. Randy also previously served as Vice President to Real Estate Consultants of Illinois, LLC for seven years and is an Illinois licensed real estate broker.
