Randy Bell

Randy V. Bell is a co-founder and principal of Real Capital Investments, a retail investment brokerage firm focused on the sale and advisory of single tenant, net leased properties, shopping centers and sale-leaseback transactions nationwide. Prior to co-founding Real Capital Investments, Mr. Bell was with The Woodmont Company, a DFW based retail brokerage, development and management firm as well as Verdad Real Estate, a national retail development firm specializing in single tenant, net leased property development. Mr. Bell was part of a team that handled the site selection and acquisition of new development sites for many national retailers including 7-Eleven, Taco Bell, AT&T, Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr., and Starbucks.
