Randy Bancroft

Randy Bancroft has been in the real estate industry since 1985. He began his career with a major grocery chain, and later became the Company’s Director of Real Estate. His responsibility included the site selection for all new store locations. He later moved into the field of commercial real estate brokerage. While serving as a Licensed broker in the states of Florida and Georgia, Mr. Bancroft has been associated with such national companies as Trammell Crow, and Cushman & Wakefield. During his career, Mr. Bancroft has completed the sale of many commercial properties , including 25 acres of commercially zoned property located in the heart of Blanding Blvd., and shopping centers such as Pine Tree Plaza, Cobblestone Plaza, Baymeadows Place and Silver Mills. Mr. Bancroft has also completed many notable commercial leases involving such tenants as Luria’s, Blockbuster Video, Baby Superstore, Auto Zone, Pizza Hut, Gold''s Gym and Winn-Dixie. His current business relationships include such notable real property owners such as G. E. Capital. Mr. Bancroft is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), and has completed training in real estate finance, real estate investment analysis, taxation, retail market analysis, feasibility analysis, and commercial real estate appraisal. Mr. Bancroft currently serves as the President of Commercial Property One, Inc. He started Commercial Property One with a vision of combining the best real estate database possible, with the best operational processes and procedures.
