Randi began her career in 1985 as a retail leasing agent with the Leo Eisenberg Company, which at that time was the nation’s leading shopping center developer. In 1992, she joined The R.H. Johnson Company where she continued to specialize in tenant representation and development. Over the past 30 years, Randi has acquired and developed several first class shopping centers. Randi continues to seek investment opportunities throughout the Midwest.
