Randall 'Trad' Dyches

Trad grew up in Mt. Pleasant, where he attended Wando High School and later graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration and a focus on Investment Finance. He has worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry for the last eight years and has facilitated multiple notable transactions and worked on several multi-million-dollar projects. Prior to joining NAI Charleston, Trad was an agent at Palmetto Commercial Properties where he specialized in sales and leasing of retail, industrial, land, and investment properties. He received his CCIM designation in 2020 and has been a Commercial Realtor of Distinction for the past four years.
