Ramon Kochavi
As District Manager, Ramon is responsible for Marcus & Millichap’s Bay Area offices including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm's Palo Alto office. Ramon joined the firm in 2001 as a multifamily agent in the Ontario office before becoming Sales Manager of that office in 2004 and then assuming the same position in the Manhattan office in 2005. He was appointed Regional Manager of the Washington, D.C., office in 2006. Ramon left the firm in 2010 to pursue other real estate opportunities, most recently as Managing Director of CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. He returned to Marcus & Millichap in 2017 as a First Vice President and the Regional Manager of the San Francisco office. Ramon served as head of security for the Red Sea Navy Base in the Israeli Defense Force. He graduated Cum Laude from Claremont McKenna College with a bachelor of arts degree in literature and earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
