As Senior Director, Investment Sales, Ralph provides investment advisory services to clients throughout the Southeast. Primarily focused on Class A property types, Ralph leverages deep local knowledge, broad capital markets relationships and Transwestern’s industry-leading analytics platform to customize investment strategies that maximize ROI. For over two decades, Ralph has provided his clients with expert investment advisory for single assets and portfolios. His esteemed client list includes AIG, Brookdale, Barings, Dilweg Companies, Highwoods Properties, Rubenstein Partners, State Street and Torchlight Investors. Prior to joining Transwestern, Ralph was a managing director at HFF and JLL. He was previously a director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and a member of the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services Group.
