Ralph W. Riedel is an Executive Director with Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member where he provides in-depth knowledge and experience in representing Buyers and Sellers of investment properties. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate both as a Buyer rep, Seller rep and as an owner himself, Ralph truly understands commercial real estate investments. Ralph has consistently assisted clients in reaching both their long and short-term objectives. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed over 1,500 transactions, totaling 7 million square feet, reaching over $500 million in gross transaction value. Prior to joining Commerce, Ralph was a Senior Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial for 14 years. Prior to that, Ralph was with Commerce for seven years, coming full circle to where he started. Extensively known throughout the Utah market, Ralph is recognized as one of the top brokers in the state. He has consistently risen as a top producer in Utah, the nation, and world-wide. Recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial, Ralph earned designation as the #1 Utah producer (1999, 2001, 2002, 2004), the #1 agent nationally (2004), and most notably the #1 producer globally (2004), to name a few.
