Rafael Fermoselle

Rafael Fermoselle is the managing partner of ElevenTrust Real Estate. With over a decade of brokerage experience in real estate investment, Rafael has worked within different facets of commercial real estate and specializes in the sale, acquisition and leasing of commercial properties within Miami’s urban core. To date, he has been involved in over 132 transactions reaching over $200 million in transactional volume. Rafael joined ElevenTrust Real Estate in 2017 when he partnered with founder Sharif Bula. Prior to becoming managing partner of the firm, he worked for two well-known national firms where he thrived in multi-family housing and gained invaluable experience in commercial real estate with deep roots in the local Miami market. During that time, Rafael reached over $120 million in sales. Rafael graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in real estate and finance.
