Rachel specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land properties. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from West Texas A&M University. Rachel began her career at Coldwell Banker in 2004. Her background spans market research, contract preparation, digital marketing, management, and commercial sales. Since moving from administrative positions to becoming a Commercial Sales Associate, she has closed and leased more than $40 million in transactions. As a licensed broker, Rachel will serve as the broker for both Coldwell Banker First Equity and Coldwell Banker Commercial First Equity.
