Rachel KOLAR

Rachel is the broker/owner of 940 Realty! She is a local Wichitan & graduate of Rider High School. She played collegiate soccer at USAO in Chickasha, Oklahoma, where she received a B.S. in biology. She also worked on her biology master’s at Midwestern! She is well versed in both commercial & residential resale/leasing. She is a great advocate for the new or seasoned investor, while also running a property management team providing a convenient one-stop-shop! Family is important & she is a proud aunt of 3 very loved nephews & 1 niece. She is also involved with CASA of Red River & is looking forward to post-pandemic so she can begin calling bingo at the retirement home again with her Grammon!
