Rachel Edmunds has over four years of experience in the retail real estate field, both on the principal and advisory side of the business. She began her career with Thor Equities, providing support to the company’s acquisitions and capital market teams. After accumulating a great deal of institutional knowledge of the national retail real estate landscape, she decided to bring her expertise to Thor Retail Advisors, where she manages critical operations including reporting, marketing, demographic analysis, market research and tenant coordination throughout the transaction cycle. In addition, Ms. Edmunds has experience in the development and execution of national retail roll out plans, including phased site selection, market information and site selection. She also manages outreach and business development in several capacities including project lead for major real estate trade shows such as MIPIM in Cannes, and EXPO Real in Munich. As a canvasser with Thor Retail Advisors, Ms. Edmunds worked with numerous prominent national and international brands including Theory, Blue Bottle Coffee, G-Star, Credo Beauty, and Make Up For Ever. She has developed a niche in advising during the transition from e-commerce to brick-and-mortar for retail brands including Warby Parker, Trunk Club, Cuyana, and Rhone Apparel.
