Raaj Baskaran

Raaj Baskaran is Co-Founder and President of Summit TRC. His career began in the commercial industry as a software engineer and project manager, later migrating into the defense industry. Mr. Baskaran’s extensive experience in the commercial industry provides a unique perspective on how to purpose commercial efficiencies for the defense industry. Mr. Baskaran received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Raaj Baskaran directs the development and acquisitions of his Family office, Summit Properties. With the underwriting skills obtained in the last few years, Raaj Baskaran plans to capture even more of the CRE Market Share and deploy more capital in North AL and Middle TN. Raaj Baskaran’s recent achievements in commercial real estate include $35 million in sales, over $10 million deployed in ground-up development and acquisition, and $10 million in turnkey development sales within the last 24 months.
