Before forming QUBE Properties Ltd, Quintin held a position with a multi-national corporate real estate firm for eight years as a Senior Associate. Since 2008, Quintin has advised both private and institutional owners of commercial real estate to facilitate the sale or lease of over 1.9 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, with a transaction value of more than $400 million. Quintin is well versed in contract negotiation, marketing, leasing, and property management of commercial assets in the Ottawa real estate market.
