Quinn Callahan is an Associate on the Bauman Moffitt Team at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in office and industrial investment sales across Utah. With a background that blends institutional real estate experience and international brokerage, Quinn brings a well-rounded, financially grounded approach to every deal. He began his career with Kite Realty Group in Chicago, focusing on corporate finance and capital markets, where he developed a strong foundation in REIT-level analysis and asset strategy. Quinn then spent 2 years in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as a real estate broker, gaining hands-on experience navigating global markets and working with a wide range of investors and owners. Quinn holds a degree in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Advertising from Southern Methodist University, a combination that allows him to merge deep financial understanding with sharp market positioning and client communication.
