Quentin Caruso is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail and Net Lease Properties Group. Quentin began his brokerage career in 2017 specializing in the sale and acquisition of multi-tenant retail centers and single-tenant net leased investments. Quentin's consultative expertise includes acquisition, disposition and asset repositioning strategies with the objective to maximize cash flow and asset value. Quentin has established a strong track record representing clients in transactions across the nation - with strong emphasis on the Bay Area and Northern California - and has developed an advanced ability in valuation, advisory, deal structuring and negotiation, and escrow management services. His strategic approach to listing properties and utilizing maximum exposure has yielded Quentin’s clients exceptional results in the sales process, as well as successful execution of the 1031 Exchange. Quentin is a fifth-generation Californian and Bay Area native, giving him intimate familiarity with the unique nature of commercial property assets throughout Northern California. Quentin is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where he earned a B.A. in Agribusiness.
