Price is a Vice President in commercial leasing and sales with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Roanoke. Price is part of the Thalhimer’s office services group and specializes in both landlord and tenant representation and works with investors across product types in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Price served as Vice President of Economic Development for Downtown Roanoke, Inc. where he worked with property owners, businesses, and the community to recruit new business and foster economic growth in the downtown district.
