Preston Sanders joined Newmark in 2014 and serves as an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. A member of one of the nation's top tenant representation teams, Mr. Sanders focuses on advising clients on the best real estate solutions to meet their business goals and objectives, while providing best-in-class service. This team has completed in excess of 2.0 million square feet of Class A office build-to-suit/anchor tenant lease transactions, and negotiated more than 1.0 million square feet of lease transactions on behalf of some of the nation's leading firms. Representative clients include Sturgill Turner, Prime Risk Partners, Sell & Melton, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, Clark Hill, BCD Travel, Shutts & Bowen, Smith Gambrell & Russell, Rogers & Hardin, Smith Currie & Hancock, McAngus Goudelock & Courie, and Gallivan White & Boyd. Mr. Sanders is a native to Atlanta and currently resides in Buckhead. He graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, located in Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Sanders is an active member of The Citadel Alumni Association.
