As an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), he brings advanced expertise in land, investment, and multi-use properties. Rather than operating as a traditional solo agent, Preston focuses on leadership, deal strategy, and developing systems that allow agents to perform at a high level. Under his leadership, Porter Realty continues to evolve from a long-standing family business into a scalable, forward-thinking brokerage. Preston is actively involved in regional economic development and previously served as President of the local Realtors association. He earned his business degree with honors from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where he began his real estate career.
