Preston Porter is a third-generation real estate broker and the Broker/Owner of two ERA Powered brokerages: Porter Realty ERA Powered, serving Colorado's San Luis Valley and Southern Colorado since 1991, and Success Property Brokers ERA Powered, a 70+ agent brokerage with offices in Peoria and North Scottsdale, Arizona. Licensed in 2001, Preston brings 25 years of experience across commercial, land, farm & ranch, residential, and investment real estate. He has owned and led Porter Realty since 2008, and as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) he offers advanced expertise in land, water, investment, and multi-use properties, with a commercial practice spanning investment sales, tenant representation, and consulting. Preston is a Past President of Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate (RMCRE) and his local Board of Realtors, and a member of the Realtors Land Institute. He holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation and earned his business degree with honors from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
