Preston Menning

Preston Menning joined Stream Realty Partners in June 2022 as a Managing Director. He is responsible for office leasing in the greater Atlanta area. Preston came to Stream with over 20 years of office leasing experience and specializes in project leasing services including lease negotiations, full financial analysis, and marketing strategies. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia. Prior to joining Stream, Preston worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a Senior Director. He has represented over 5 million square feet of Class A office space in the Atlanta market. Preston has also worked for firms including Carter & Associates, Cassidy Turley, and NAI Brannen Goddard.
