Preston Abnos

Preston Abnos joined APM in 2020. He is charged with a wide variety of responsibilities including day-to-day operations, the sourcing of financing, strategy, leasing, property management, and maximizing the long-term financial performance of the company. Prior to joining APM, Preston worked as an investment broker at Sands Investment Group, focusing on net lease retail properties across the country and successfully closing $20M+ worth of transactions. Preston holds a B.S. from Indiana University where he double-majored in Finance and Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business.
