Real Estate is in Pratt's blood. In 1836, their Great, Great Uncle Daniel Pratt leased land along a creek in Autauga County where he began manufacturing cotton gins. He then moved further up the creek, bought 1,822 acres, and built a permanent cotton gin factory in 1838, founding the new town of Prattville for the workers in his venture. This operation quickly became the largest producer of cotton gins in the world, and Alabama's first major industry. In 1979, their Father began his real estate career, and since then, they have been involved in buying, selling, investing, and developing properties into residential homes, multi-family properties, shopping centers, office spaces, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, storage units, and distribution centers, all with a deep commitment to their community. MPT has assembled a remarkable, award-winning team of brokers, agents, and staff dedicated to assisting their clients in achieving their real estate and business goals, as exemplified by the 2022 Nappie award for "Best Commercial Real Estate Firm."
