Powell Spears

Powell Spears is the Managing Director of JLL’s Louisville office and is responsible for the industrial sales and leasing team, which represents clients throughout the Greater Louisville area. Powell’s expertise includes agency leasing, tenant representation and investment sales for the industrial tenants and owners. Powell has more than 20 years of experience in industrial brokerage. Experience Before joining JLL, Powell was a Managing Director with Harry K. Moore and has continuously been one of the top industrial real estate producers in the Metro Louisville market. In recent years, Powell has focused his efforts on institutional owners of Modern Bulk product and e-commerce/fulfillment occupiers. In an effort to enhance his capabilities on this front, Powell joined the JLL’s Supply Chain Management Council in June 2016.
