Polly Benzing

Since 2008, Polly has been leasing and managing retail, office and industrial for both private and corporate owners. She is the principal broker of The New Wave CRE, a northern Kentucky-based firm that specializes in independent owners and users of commercial real estate. Polly has a keen interest in the make-up of her community in terms of the mix of businesses in the area. She believes unique, independent businesses make an area interesting, thereby attracting visitors and increasing the value of the real estate.
