Pierre Levin

Pierre Levin is a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Developer that specializes in representing Landowners, Commercial Real Estate Owners and Real Estate Developers in new development and redevelopment in the greater Austin area. With Pierre’s experience as an Entrepreneur, Land Developer and Project Manager, he has helped clients acquire land as well as structure development projects through strategic partnerships. Pierre has consulted for, and managed, large International and US projects very successfully. As a developer, Pierre is currently involved in projects in Florida and Texas. This includes a new multi-family development in Woodlands, TX; a new sub-division in the Melbourne FL area; and new projects on the Florida Space Coast. Pierre has joined eXp Realty to apply his experience to the Austin Markets, including East Austin. Pierre believes in a win-win outcome, and as such his focus is on helping clients to find the right opportunity through his close network of developers, landowners and industry professionals. Pierre can also assist clients to evaluate and review current development opportunities and projects for best use and highest profitability. Pierre moved to Austin, TX in 2012, from South Africa. He has a degree in Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria and is a Certified Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute).
