Pierre LeBlanc joined Friedman Real Estate Group spring of 2006. Pierre’s area of focus is the Detroit Central Business District where he has worked exclusively since 2001. Pierre manages sales and leasing activities for retail, office, and land properties for local clients. Pierre is adept at land assembly and development creating both retail and residential components. His first condominiums redevelopment was 1986 and since then has created over six hundred new and redeveloped residential units. Pierre has been a registered realtor since 1984 and is currently a broker in both United States and Canada. Graduate from the University of Ottawa, Bachelor of English and is fluent in French. Pierre resides in Kingsville, Ontario, close to the winery where his wife Lyse, is head winemaker for The Mastronardi Estate Winery.
