Phyllis Gillingham

Phyllis is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and the Real Estate Academy of Leadership and is a founding member of the Luxury Real Estate Institute. She has served 8 years on the board of the Realtor Foundation, serving as Secretary and Treasurer. In 1996 she was awarded “Rookie of the Year”. In 2009, she was awarded the Bud Tucker Award for Outstanding Community Service. She has served on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee as well as director of the Indiana Association of Realtors. She holds degrees in Business and Liberal Arts from Indiana University.
