I've been a Real Estate Broker since Oct. 1994. Now fulltime in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in Economy and Extended Stay Hospitality Brokerage - Hotel/Motel listing and sales. We have a family history in investing in motels in Arizona, and California. I love helping Mom and Pop businesses, since my own Mom and Pop started Reichard Realty In Mesa Arizona in 1973. Our family had this business for 42 years! So grateful for the experience. My love of travel and visiting 5 continents, so far, along with 26 countries, I understand finding comfort in a hotel/motel far from home. Finding the right fit for my client and the right property is important. I love the door-to-door custom service, I bring to my clients. I know my territory and the properties in them!
