
Phil Radcliff is a Broker with TRIO Commercial Property Group, where he focuses on retail and office brokerage, including tenant and landlord representation, as well as land acquisitions. He brings a strong analytical and relationship-driven approach developed during a decade-long career in healthcare recovery, where he served as an analyst, trainer, and team manager. At TRIO, Phil sources opportunities, negotiates transactions, and advises clients throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. He has represented and completed transactions with users and groups including Dutch Bros Coffee, Quick Quack Car Wash, Firehouse Subs, Anytime Fitness, Hutton Development, The Hocker Group, Fast Pace Health, Swig, Chase, Dollar General, State Farm, Dunkin’, The Joint Chiropractic, Landry’s, PetSense, Craft House Pizza, Malibu Jack’s, Club Pilates, 7-Eleven, and Buffalo Wild Wings, among others. A Louisville native, Phil graduated from Trinity High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. He is actively involved in the community as a parishioner at St. Margaret Mary, where his children attend school, and he supports several local charitable organizations including the Jake Luxemburger Foundation and the Steven Vanover Foundation. Phil also serves as Chair of the Sponsorship Committee for the March of Dimes REACH Awards. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, as well as playing volleyball and golf.
